You will need to send me an image file. It needs to be the best quality as possible. Whatever quality photo you send, that will be the quality you will receive. (The smaller the pixel size the more blurry it will be.)

This item has an image that is pressed by hand. There may be some imperfections that cannot be prevented due to the process of sublimation. But we do our best to make the best quality products.

We spray the matte finish by hand. You can also do this yourself on the glossy finish.
